From the Arbuthnot Dairy Center at Oregon State University comes Beaver Classic Cheese. With each order comes two blocks of cheese that total about 2/3 of a lb. Many varieties are available, including Cheddar, Provolone, Gouda, Swiss, with smoked and wine-soaked versions of these as well. You will be surprised by what you get each week, but each is delicious and is the most local cheese in Corvallis!
